Abstract

The invention relates to flexible shred-making technology for grouping and processing brand cigarettes, which comprises the steps of grouping and preparing materials, processing and producing tobacco leaves and tobacco shreds, blending tobacco shreds, metering and adding fragrance, mixing shreds, storing shreds, coiling and packing. The step of processing and producing the tobacco leaves and the tobacco shreds comprises at least two treating production lines which are arranged in parallel, and each treating production line selects different processing properties according to the processing property and the brand style feature of each group of raw materials in formulation. Then a fine flexible shred-making processing method can be established, and the method has the following advantages that the method achieves parameter control for the whole processing process of each formulation module by adopting parallel grouping and processing modes of a plurality of treating production lines, eliminates the processing quality fluctuation of serial grouping and processing modes due to the change of processing technological conditions, really achieves harmony of raw materials, fragrance and technology, exerts the potentiality of the raw materials to the utmost extent, and improves the quality of products.
