Abstract

The invention discloses a timing device and a timing method thereof. The timing device comprises an operation interface, a non-contact sense module and a microprocessor. The operation interface is provided with a surface of which a first region allows a non-contact signal to pass through. The non-contact sense module is used for sensing the non-contact signal of the first region and generating a plurality of counting signals. The microprocessor is coupled with the non-contact sense module and an operation interface for receiving the counting signals so as to set the timing time according to the counting signals.
