The composition is characterized by consisting of the following medicaments in portion by weight: 36 to 40 portions of medicated leaven, 17 to 21 portions of malt, 17 to 21 portions of hawthorn fruits, 7 to 11 portions of betel nuts, 7 to 11 portions of licorice, and 4 to 8 portions of white radishes. A preparation method comprises the steps of weighing medicated leaven, malt, hawthorn fruits, betel nuts, licorice and white radishes as raw materials in portion by weight, grinding, sifting and allowing particle size to reach 60 to 200 meshes. When the composition is used, 4 to 8 portions of white radishes are weighed, cut into small pieces in the size of one cubic centimeter, decocted, stewed, soaked in finished products and added to drinking water or mixed with materials.
