The flow cytometry and the ELISA method proves that the oviductus ranae has a function for immunity adjustment by the results of mouse spleen T-lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8 and the ratio of CD4/CD8, namely, when the immunity is high, the oviductus ranae has a function for weakening the immunity, and when the immunity is low, the oviductus ranae has a function for enhancing the immunity.
