Abstract

Calcium-based retarder and the waste are mixed and then burned together; the adding amount of the calcium-basedretarder is 0.01 to 5 percent of the weight of the waste; and the calcium-based retarder is one or a mixture of several of calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate according to a randomproportion. The calcium-based retarder and a decomposed product thereof are reacted with dioxin precursor and the like in a furnace to retard the generation of dioxins so as to reduce the discharge of the dioxins along with tail gas and relieve the load of subsequent treatment for the dioxin tail gas and fly ash. Meanwhile, the calcium-based retarder also has the cooperative control effect of partially removing sulfur, chlorine and acid, and reduces the corrosion of smoke on a subsequent waste heat boiler part.
