Abstract

The invention relates to a polyglycollide PGA-woven urethra scaffold for repairing urethral. The scaffold is prepared by a two-dimensional and triaxial method. The method comprises the steps of: (1) taking 48tex PGA filament, weaving PGA on a core rod of which a gear ratio is 132/28, and setting the engine speed to between 6 and 7; (2) sizing at a temperature of between 90 and 105 DEG C for 5 minutes; and (3) removing a PGA weaving layer from the core rod, soaking the PGA weaving layer in 2.5 to 3 weight percent chitosan serum for 30 minutes, naturally airing the weaving layer, then placing the weaving layer in a freeze drying environment at 50 DEG C below zero for 4 hours, and obtaining the scaffold.
