In the method, the system, and the device for multi-carrier addressing, unique user identifiers are allocated for each carrier channel in the MS so that the carrier channels in each carrier have different user identifiers, which does not produce any influence on a conventional single-carrier system and also can effectively support the addressing of each carrier channel in the multi-carrier system and avoid the problem of addressing confusion.
