Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing a split-screen gesture operation at a mobile communication terminal. The method comprises the following steps of: a, presetting a screen subregion; and b, when a screen senses a hand touch instruction, analyzing the instruction operation with a CPU to turn page. When a user reads articles or browses the web on a mobile phone by the method, the screen is divided into two parts, namely an upper part and a lower part; when the user touches the upper half screen (or the user upwards delimits the screen in the range of the upper half screen), the page is dragged upwards, namely the user reads the following content; and when the user touches the lower half screen (or the user downwards delimits the screen in the range of the lower half screen), the page is dragged downwards, namely the user reads the former content. Therefore, a hard keyboard and a handwriting pen are eliminated and screen delimiting operation can be performed on a resistance type touch screen only by operating with fingers. The method is simple, practical and sensitive.
