The invention provides a ULDB (Databases with Uncertainty and Lineage)-based marine environmental monitored data management system, which comprises six functional modules respectively for data acquisition, data storage, data detection, uncertainty data management, data analysis and data display. The quality of marine environmental monitored data directly influences the scientificity of marine environmental management decisions. In the system, uncertainty data in a marine environmental monitoring domain is stored by adopting ULDB, the source of the uncertainty data is searched according to a lineage function, top-k query semantics is defined according to user requirements and business characteristics, and thus, different requirements of users are satisfied. The system can effectively utilize the marine environmental monitored data to provide scientific support for the marine environmental management decisions.
