The invention discloses a wrist band for preventing tenosynovitis, which comprises a wrist band sleeve, wherein a medicine bag ring is arranged in the wrist band sleeve; the medicine bag ring is parallel to the wrist band sleeve; and the medicine bag ring contains the following medicines in part by weight: 8 to 15 parts of safflower, 8 to 15 parts of peach kernels, 5 to 12 parts of herba ephedrae, 10 to 20 parts of red paeony root, 8 to 15 parts of frankincense, 8 to 15 parts of myrrh, 20 to 40 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 10 to 30 parts of caulis sinomenii, 8 to 15 parts of heracleum, 8 to 15 parts of himalayan teasel root, 5 to 15 parts of as arum, 8 to 15 parts of bark of eucommia, 8 to 15 parts of drynaria rhizome, 10 to 30 parts of Chinese polyphaga and 10 to 30 parts of twotooth achyranthes. The medicine bag ring also contains a neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet.
