The video data of VGA media information are received in real time by the media server from an external control center and converted into transport (TS) flow digital signals by the VGA digital encoder; the TS flow digital signals are transmitted to the screen splitter, and decoded and restored into VGA video/audio signals by the VGA digital decoder; and the VGA video/audio signals are distributed to each LCD display screen in balance for playing.
