Abstract

The invention relates to a blue-light organic electroluminescent device with a chrominance adjustment layer and a preparation method thereof. The device is formed by an ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) glass substrate (1), a hole injection layer (2), a hole transmission layer (3), a chrominance adjustment layer (4), a luminous layer (5), an electron transfer layer (6) and a composite cathode (7) in sequence. Each structural layer is prepared by adopting a vacuum evaporation method. In the device, the luminous layer is [TBADN:DSA-Ph], and the ultra-thin chrominance adjustment layer [DPVBi:BCzVB] is inserted between the luminous layer and the hole transmission layer. The luminous layer can produce sky blue light with high luminous efficiency, the chrominance adjustment layer can produce dark blue light with high color purity, and the sky blue light and the dark blue light produced by the luminous layer and the chrominance adjustment layer are synthesized into blue light.
