The manufacturing process comprises the following process steps of wringing, shaving, rewetting, washing, alkali extraction, retanning, fat liquoring, acid adding, washing, combined tanning, fat liquoring, oil adding, water supplementing, acid solidifying, drum discharging, dry-state finishing and finished product obtaining. By preferably selecting the low-yellowing material and constructing a light-stable protection system, the ultraviolet and thermo-oxidative aging resistance of the leather matrix is fundamentally enhanced, so that the yellowing resistance grade of the chrome-free tanned leather is higher than grade 4. The generation of chromophoric groups can be effectively inhibited, so that white and light-colored leather can still keep excellent whiteness and color purity after being used for a long time or in a light environment, and the attractive life of the leather is greatly prolonged.
