An organic electroluminescent device made by using a complex as a luminescent layer material results in a significant improvement in both current efficiency and service life, and has great application prospects in the field of OLED display and illumination.

Collagen sterilizing and filtering method

The invention relates to a collagen degerming and filtering method. The collagen degerming and filtering method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving collagen in a solvent containing a strong electrolyte to realize depolymerization; and (2) putting the depolymerized collagen solution into a uniform electric field, and filtering by using a hydrophilic filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.22 mu m under the constant pressure of 0.1-0.5 MPa. The amphiphilic structure characteristic of collagen molecules is utilized, electrostatic interaction among the molecules is destroyed through a strong electrolyte solution, the collagen is prevented from self-assembling to form a fiber aggregate, and the collagen is stabilized in a monomolecular dispersion state; and the external electric field utilizes the dipole moment characteristic of collagen molecules, so that long axes of the collagen molecules are directionally arranged along the direction of the electric field. Due to directional arrangement, transverse winding of molecules on the surface of the filter membrane is avoided, the problem of blockage caused by molecular aggregation in traditional filtration is fundamentally solved, the service life of a single filter membrane is greatly prolonged, the handling capacity of the single filter membrane is greatly improved, and the cost of filter consumables and the number of times of shutdown replacement are reduced.
