The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the method for producing the composite microbial enzyme preparation which can improve fermentation fragrance of distiller's grains for improving quality of produced white liquor. The method for producing the composite microbial enzyme preparation comprises the following steps: a, preparing hexanoic acid bacterial solution; b, preparing pit mud enriched bacterial solution; c, preparing pit mud functional bacteria, wherein the hexanoic acid bacterial solution and pit mud enriched bacterial solution are mixed and inoculated into a pit mud functional bacterium culture medium, the bacteria are cultured at 32 to 36 DEG C for 22 to 27 days to form pit mud functional bacterium solution, the pit mud functional bacterium solution is dried to prepare the pit mud functional bacteria; and d, mixingdry pit mud functional bacteria, fragrance producing yeasts, B type enzymatic matters and red starter esterified enzyme in a dry weight ratio of 1:(0.25-0.35):(1-2):(0.30-0.45) and thus, obtaining the composite microbial enzyme preparation.
