The invention provides a test
pipe segment device for developing an internal-flow two-phase-flow Flow-induced Vibration (FIV) experiment, which comprises an experiment
base station, a test
pipe segment main body and a
signal test device; the experiment
base station comprises a rotary table, a short arm connection rod, a
long arm connection rod and a rotating shaft and is used for supporting the test
pipe segment main body, i.e., a transparent tempered glass pipe and a movable bracket; the
signal test device comprises a
gamma ray measurement instrument, an acceleration sensor, a pressure gauge,a
paper tape, a movable trolley and the like; and the
signal test device can be mounted at a corresponding position of the transparent tempered glass pipe according to
test requirements. The device is mainly designed for researching a mutual relationship between flow patterns of two phases of flow in a pipeline and pipeline power response, and can simulate influence of the flow patterns in the pipe on the pipeline power response under different supporting conditions; and different states of rotation, front-and-back swing, left-and-right swing and the like of the pipeline are changed, the flowpatterns in the pipe are observed, and a
vibration acceleration, a vibration curve, a vibration displacement and the like of the pipeline under the flow patterns of two different phases of flow are acquired.
