This invention discloses an automatic
sowing and filling device for floating tobacco
seedling cultivation, comprising a base plate, a
conveyor belt, a substrate treatment mechanism, a vibrating disc mechanism, and a
sowing treatment mechanism. The substrate treatment mechanism is located on one side of the top of the base plate and is used for
rapid mixing of the substrate and preliminary substrate covering of the
seedling trays. The vibrating disc mechanism is located in the middle of the top of the base plate and is used for automatic vibrating of the
seedling trays after preliminary substrate covering. The
sowing treatment mechanism is located on the other side of the top of the base plate and is used for automatic hole pressing, sowing, re-covering with substrate, and tray scraping of the seedling trays after vibrating. The
conveyor belt is positioned between the base plate and the substrate treatment mechanism, vibrating disc mechanism, and sowing treatment mechanism to transport the seedling trays to complete the corresponding operations. This invention features a high degree of
automation, short substrate mixing and vibrating disc
operation time, good efficiency, reduced requirements for manual skill and effective cooperation, and
improved survival rate of floating tobacco seedlings.
