Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting water-soluble potassium in saline-alkali soil, which includes preparation of soil leaching solution, treatment of leaching solution and atomic absorption spectrometry analysis. In the saline-alkali soil leachate of the present invention, after colloid coagulation and precipitation, the leachate becomes clear and transparent, the interference of colloid particles is avoided, the light absorption value is reduced, and the measured result is closer to the real value. The reproducibility of the measurement results of the method of the present invention is good. The total equivalent concentration of anions and cations, the anion concentration is the sum of the equivalent concentrations of CO32-, HCO3-, Cl-, and SO42-, and the equivalent concentration of cations is the sum of the equivalent concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, and K+ ions. Theoretically speaking, the anion equivalent concentration sum and the cation equivalent concentration sum should be close to the eight ions in the soil. The cation equivalent concentration sum measured by the method of the present invention is close to the anion concentration sum, and the result is closer to the real value.
