The over-all structure of the capacitive electrode is fixed in a cap, a contact of the capacitive electrode is inserted into hairs so as to avoid the hairs from disturbing signals in a measuring process, and the capacitive electrode fixed in the cap can be properly adjusted so as to obtain signals with higher quality.
