Abstract

The drier comprises a solar thermal collector, an air heating furnace, a fan duct and a drying bin, wherein a thermal collecting plate of the thermal collector is a porous thermal collecting plate, a porous sieve of the drying bin is placed in an inclined angle about 20 DEG, and the air heating furnace takes straws of crops as fuel. The drying temperature of the system is about 30-50 DEG C, and the quality of dried products is ensured. Moreover, the system is designed to be small and is applicable to crop drying amount of single families in villages.
