The water conditioner comprises a built-in splicing filter liner, an interconnected filtration chamber and upper covers, a water-transferring pipeline, a filtration airproof component and a clamp device. The upper cover and each filtration chamber of the interconnected filtration chamber are performed sliced cooperation, several sealed filtration chambers are composed of the filtration airproof component and the clamp device by connecting; each sealed filtration chambers were connected in series by water pipelines. The sealed filtration chambers set the sealing limits to the built-in splicing filter liner respectively, the interfaces of water pipeline are communicated to two sides of a material filtering layer of the built-in splicing filter liner.
