Abstract

The piezoelectric ceramic substrate has a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is opposite to the second surface; and the mechanical quality factor (Qm) of the piezoelectric ceramic substrate is larger than 1400. And the electrode unit has a first electrode and a second electrode; the first electrode is arranged on the first surface and has a first diameter; the second electrode covers on the second surface and is extended to cover a portion of surfaces of the periphery of the first surface as well as the portion of the second electrode has a second diameter, wherein the portion of the second electrode covers the second surface; and a ratio of the first diameter to the second diameter is 0.498 to 0.502. Therefore, according to the invention, the PZT transducer has advantages of great atomization amount and long service life.
