The device comprises a BD receiving antenna, a signal amplifier, a BD processing board, a power amplifier, a BD transmitting antenna and a data transmission unit, wherein the BD receiving antenna is used for receiving a downlink signal broadcast by a BD satellite; the signal amplifier is connected with the BD receiving antenna and used for denoising and amplifying the signal of the BD satellite, which is received by the BD receiving antenna, and transmitting the denoised and amplified signal to the BD processing board; the BD processing board is used for performing analog-to-digital conversion and processing operation on the signal transmitted by the signal amplifier; the power amplifier is connected with the BD processing board and used for amplifying the signal which is processed by the BD processing board and is to be transmitted; the BD transmitting antenna is connected with the power amplifier and used for transmitting the signal amplified by the power amplifier to the BD satellite; and the data transmission unit is connected with the BD processing board and used for performing interactive data transmission with peripheral equipment.
