The traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention mainly comprises the following bulk pharmaceutical chemicals in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of radix panacis quinquefolii, 200-250 parts of panax notoginseng, 18-25 parts of saffron crocus, 150-180 parts of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, 4-6 parts of musk, 25-35 parts of styrax, 80-120 parts of ramulus cinnamomi, 180-200 parts of allium macrostemon, 80-120 parts of pericarpium trichosanthis and 2,300-2,700 parts of white spirit. The method comprises the following steps of: soaking the bulk pharmaceutical chemicals except for musk and styrax into the weighed white spirit; then filtering to obtain a liquid medicine; dissolving the musk and styrax into the white spirit respectively to obtain musk medicated wine and styrax medicated wine; pouring the musk medicated wine and styrax medicated wine into the liquid medicine, and mixing uniformly; and sterilizing, disinfecting and sub-packaging to obtain the medicated wine for treating coronary heart disease disclosed by the invention.
