In-vitro and in-vivo neutralization tests prove that the porcine circovirus-resistant egg yolk antibody prepared by the method can effectively inhibit the porcine circoviruses, has a good immune protective effect, and can be prepared into a medicine or a preparation for preventing or treating diseases caused by the porcine circoviruses.
