Abstract

The invention provides a full-automatic aflatoxin analytic system, which comprises a full-automatic solid-phase extraction system used for solid-phase extraction, a two-position six-way valve and a high-performance liquid chromatographic system. A capture column is disposed in the two-position six-way valve which is provided with six openings, the capture column is connected between a third opening and a sixth opening, a fifth opening is connected with the output end of the full-automatic solid-phase extraction system, and a fourth opening is connected with a waste liquor bottle. The high-performance liquid chromatographic system comprises a liquid chromatographic column, a post-column derived device, a first infusion pump and a fluorescence detector. The liquid chromatographic column is connected with the first opening of the two-position six-way valve. The first infusion pump is connected with the second opening of the two-position six-way valve. The post-column derived device is connected with the liquid chromatographic column and used for post-column derivation of chromatographic column effluent. The fluorescence detector is connected with the post-column derived device and used for fluorescence detection.
