According to the equipment disclosed by the invention, the wind wheel rotates under the effect of wind power to convert wind energy into power; a bottom water body is upwards circulated through transmitting force by an axial agitating worm wheel and the water lifting worm wheel of the vertical force transmission shaft; and shallow-layer water is transversely dispersed under the effect of the agitating worm wheel to be exchanged with a surface layer water body, so that large-area water body disturbance is realized.
