The herbicide composition comprises the active ingredients formed by mixing the hexazinone and any one selected from 2-4 drops salt and ester thereof, 2-4 drops propionate and ester thereof, 2-4 drops butyrate and ester thereof, bimethyl tetrachloro salt and ester thereof, bimethyl tetrachloro propionate and ester thereof, bimethyl tetrachloro butyrate or clomeprop in phenoxy carboxylic acid, wherein the weight percent of the hexazinone is 1 to 70 percent; the weight percent of the phenoxy carboxylic acid is 1 to 70 percent; and the weight ratio of the hexazinone to the phenoxy carboxylic acid is (1:20)-(19:20) or (20:19)-(20:1). The herbicide composition is used for controlling weeds in gardens, forests, sugarcane fields or wastelands, the prevention effect is obviously improved compared with single dose, and the dosage of the pesticides can be reduced, so that the dosage cost is reduced, and the adverse effect of the pesticides on the environment is lightened; and moreover, the service life of each single dose can be prolonged, the application spectrum is widened, and the herbicide composition has great significance in overall management of the resistance of the pesticides.
