The present invention is adapted to be able to produce an organic-farming fertiliser in the form of granules obtained by separately extracting macroelements or mesoelements from among the 12 essential nutrient elements (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Fe, Mn, Cu, B, Mo and Zn) of edible plants, by means of a predetermined extraction process carried out on oil cake (a common name for the residue which remains after collecting vegetable oils; including soybean cake, pim cake and the like), blood meal (blood of livestock, namely coagulated ox or pig blood), a by-product containing dead fish or fish bone, bone meal, Dead Sea minerals (minerals collected from the Dead Sea; including potassium chloride), chicken egg shells, shellfish shells, oyster shells, natural gypsum, dolomite, phyllite and natural salt, and the invention is adapted to be able to provide fertilisers having elements in ratios suitable for different crops.
