The invention provides an air inflating, pollutant discharging and water injecting device for net cage culture, which comprises a pollutant discharging main pipe, a clear water injecting pipe, a compressed air conveying pipe, an air compressor, a water discharging slim pipe and a polluted water collecting and treating box, wherein a horn-shaped suction inlet is formed at the lower end of the vertically-distributed pollutant discharging main pipe; the upper end of the pollutant discharging main pipe is connected with the polluted water collecting and treating box through a hose and a valve; a section of throat pipe is arranged between the two ends of the main pipe; the clear water injecting pipe is distributed above the horn-shaped suction inlet; the two ends of the clear water injecting pipe are communicated with a culturing net cage as well as a middle layer water area and a lower layer water area of an external natural water body; the compressed air conveying pipe is distributed above the clear water injecting pipe; the two ends of the compressed air conveying pipe are communicated with a compressed air source as well as the pollutant discharging main pipe and the clear water injecting pipe; and one end of the water discharging slim pipe above the compressed air conveying pipe is positioned below a water surface at the interface of a water surface of a culture water body and air, and the other end of the water discharging slim pipe is communicated with the throat pipe.
