Abstract

The invention provides an assisted decision making method for load transfer in a regional power grid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) setting a target power-off device; (2) performing statistics on load information; (3) analyzing a load transfer strategy; and (4) evaluating economic safety. In the method, remote signalling, remote measuring and power grid topology information existing in a dispatching automation system are utilized fully to fastly and exactly generate a load transfer scheme capable of meeting the requirement of economic and safe operation of the power grid, thereby preventing the situations such as load shedding or long-time power off, out-of-limit overload and the like from happening during the load transfer scheme.
