The FPGA chip comprises a digital signal processing unit and a TD-LTE transmitting control unit which is used for carrying out frequency offset correction and time division switch switching control. An output end of the analog-digital converter is connected with the digital signal processing unit, the digital-analog converter and the power amplifier in sequence. An output end of the digital signal processing unit is connected with an input end of the TD-LTE transmitting control unit, and an output end of the TD-LTE transmitting control unit is respectively connected with an input end of the digital signal processing unit, an input end of the analog-digital converter and an input end of the digital-analog converter.
