The gateway service middleware system comprises a Java virtual machine, an OSGi (Open Service Gateway Initiative) frame module and a middleware module, wherein the middleware module is used for a service interface which provides control service for an intelligent household electrical appliance accessed into an intelligent home gateway, so that a user raises a service consumption request through the service interface. According to the invention, the design and development cost of the digital home gateway is reduced, the safety is improved and standards can be self-customized and uniformized.
