Embodiment Construction

[0068] Figures 1 to 5 Shown is a fish sorting device designed to divide fish into a total of three groups. Fish sorting device comprises a weighing box 10, and it is made of a front wall 11, a rear wall 12 and reversible base plates 13,14.

[0069] A circular recess 21 is designed on the front dash panel 11 . Via this recess, individual fish can be introduced into the weighing tank from the outside in a substantially horizontal direction of movement. A corresponding circular recess 22 is likewise formed on the rear dash panel 12 . It can also function to import individual fish.

[0070] The two bottom plates 13 , 14 are arranged obliquely relative to the horizontal, so that they pass obliquely from the outside of the upper side through the weighing box to the inside of the lower side in cross-section. At the upper and outer ends of the base plates, the two base plates are respectively axially oscillable around a shaft 13a, 14a extending along the upper outer edge. On the...

Abstract

The invention relates to a fish-sorting device, comprising a weighing compartment which is designed to receive an individual fish, a weighing device which is coupled mechanically to the weighing compartment and is designed to sense the weight exerted on the weighing compartment by the fish. The invention provides at least two discharge openings through which a fish can be removed from the fish sorting device, a sorter which is designed to sort the fish from the weighing compartment alternatively into one of the at least two discharge openings, an actuator unit which is mechanically coupled to the sorter and actuates a movable sorting element of the sorter in order to sort the fish into one of the discharge openings, and a control unit which is coupled by signal to the weighing device and the actuator unit and is designed to compare a weight determined by the weighing device with at least one limit weight and to activate the actuator unit depending on the comparison of the weight with the limit weight in such a manner that, when the limit weight is exceeded, the fish is sorted into a first discharge opening and, when the weight falls short of the limit weight, the fish is sorted into a second discharge opening different from the first one.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a fish sorting device comprising a weighing box designed to accommodate a single fish, and a weighing device mechanically coupled to the weighing box designed to collect fish acting on the weighing box the weight of. Another aspect of the invention is a method of sorting fish. Background technique [0002] For example, such fish sorting devices are used to sort sea-caught animals according to weight. Here, the use, use and manner of application of this fish sorting equipment arises from the fact that although the mesh density of the nets through the fishing nets dictates the minimum size of the animals caught in the catch, the caught animals differ in size and weight There are still considerable differences. Therefore, in order to classify each group entering circulation and sales, it is necessary to carry out corresponding sorting. [0003] Due to the lack of effective fishing regulations when it comes to most spec...
