The piezoelectric transduction unit is used for converting pavement vibration energy into electric energy. The total control module is used for regulating speed and applying load for running vehicles and regulating electric parameters for output electric power. The total measuring module is used for measuring speed and load of a vehicle, stress and deformation of the pavement, harvested alternating-current and voltage, and transduced voltage and current. The generated electric energy can be used as a power supply to be stored and utilized.
