According to the interface device and method, a control module is used for processing received highway addressable remote transducer (HART) data of each output channel to corresponding HART signals and outputting the HART signals and processing received corresponding current data to corresponding digital signals and outputting the digital signals, an isolation module is used for transmitting the HART signals output by the control module to a reshaping module and transmitting the digital signals output by the control module to an analog output (AO) signal processing module, the reshaping module is used for carrying out shaping filtering on the input HART signals and outputting the HART signals through corresponding capacitor filters, the AO signal processing module is used for converting the input digital signals to analog voltage signals which are then superposed with the HART signals output in a filtering mode, and the superposed signals are then converted to corresponding currents to be output on corresponding AO channels through pressure / flow transformation.
