Abstract

The invention discloses a breeding method for distant hybridization between erythroculter ilishaeformis and ancherythropterus nigrocauda. The method includes the following steps: 1) selecting selectively-bred erythroculter ilishaeformis and selectively-bred ancherythropterus nigrocauda as parents; 2) conducting parents strengthening breeding including erythroculter ilishaeformis strengthening breeding and ancherythropterus nigrocauda strengthening breeding; 3) conducting artificial spawning induction: respectively injecting spawning induction medicine hypophysis cerebri or dopamine antagonist DOM, lutein releasing hormone analogue and chorionic gonadotropin which are used singly or in mixing mode on the two parents; 4) conducting artificial semen and spawn collection and insemination including dry method insemination and semi-dry method insemination; and 5) conducting artificial incubation. Hybridized culter 'vanguard 1' obtained by distant hybridization has the advantages of good body type and large size of the erythroculter ilishaeformis, also has the advantages of low breeding cost, mild temper, easiness in catching and easiness in live marketing of the ancherythropterus nigrocauda and further has excellent hybridization performances like high growing speed.
