[0023] Example 1 (extraction of total polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale)

[0024] method one:

[0025] The dried stem of Dendrobium candidum is crushed and passed through 50 meshes to obtain Dendrobium candidum powder; water 50 times the powder mass is added to the Dendrobium candidum powder, decocted and extracted twice, each time for 2 hours; the two extracts are combined and concentrated to the original One-tenth of the volume, add 4 times the volume of ethanol with a volume concentration of 95% to the concentrated solution, let it stand overnight, centrifuge, remove the lower layer of sediment, freeze-dry and fully dissolve with an appropriate amount of water, add Sevage reagent to remove protein 6 times, each time adding half volume of Sevage reagent of the solution, shaking well, standing for 30min to separate the layers, collecting the lower aqueous phase solution, concentrating to obtain the total polysaccharides of Dendrobium officinale.

[0026] Method Two:...

[0031] 1. Production of experimental samples

[0032] Production of sample 1

[0033] Get the polysaccharide of Dendrobium candidum obtained by method one in the above-mentioned embodiment 1 and add water to dissolve, obtain the polysaccharide aqueous solution of Dendrobium candidum; The prepared polysaccharide aqueous solution of Dendrobium candidum was evenly sprayed on the shredded tobacco of Yunnan Yuxi brand cigarettes purchased in the market, and dried naturally; finally, the shredded tobacco was rolled into cigarettes according to conventional cigarette technology, and the polysaccharide contents of Dendrobium candidum obtained were 0.1%, 1%, respectively. %, 5% and 10% cigarettes.

[0034] Production of sample 2

[0035] Get the polysaccharide of Dendrobium candidum obtained by method two in the above-mentioned embodiment 1 and add water to dissolve, obtain the polysaccharide aqueous solution of Dendrobium candidum; The prepared polysaccharide aqueous solution of Dend...

Abstract

The invention relates to application of dendrobium officinale polysaccharides in preparation of harm-reducing cigarettes. Harm reduction means reducing risks of lung inflammation caused by smoking. The harm-reducing cigarettes are prepared by dissolving the dendrobium officinale polysaccharides by utilizing water, evenly spraying the dendrobium officinale polysaccharides on cut tobaccos, naturally airing the cut tobaccos, and then rolling the cigarettes according to regular cigarette rolling technology. The application of dendrobium officinale polysaccharides in preparation of harm-reducing cigarettes can reduce the occurrence rate of lung inflammation caused by smoking and reduce expression of kinase beta (IKKbeta) of a lung tissue nuclear factor Kappa B(NF-kB) inhibitor caused by smoking.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the treatment of tobacco products with organic substances, in particular to the treatment of tobacco products with dendrobium officinale polysaccharide. technical background [0002] Tobacco harm has become one of the most serious public problems in the world today, and it is also the biggest problem facing human health. There are currently 1.1 billion smokers worldwide, causing nearly 5 million preventable deaths each year. The "Report on the Health Hazards of Smoking in China" also pointed out that my country is the world's largest tobacco producer and consumer, and smoking has a particularly serious impact on the health of the people. There are more than 300 million smokers in my country, and about 740 million non-smokers suffer from second-hand smoke, and more than 1 million deaths are caused by smoking-related diseases every year. Relevant medical studies have shown that smoking is a behavioral risk factor for many disea...
