Problems solved by technology

In the past, sodium selenite was added to food for selenium supplementation. Its bioavailability is low, and the intake range (50-400ug / day) is narrow, and it is easy to cause poisoning due to excessive intake
Soil application and foliar spraying of sodium selenite alone, due to soil fixation and a large amount of loss, not only the effectiveness of selenium is low, but also the safety and economy are poor, so it cannot be used as a selenium supplement measure for agricultural product production

Embodiment 1

[0014] Embodiment 1: produce 100 kilograms of selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer products:

[0015] a. Dissolve 0.01% sodium selenate and 0.01% sodium selenite in 1 kg of distilled water, slowly add 0.5% fulvic acid, and keep stirring to obtain a solution for subsequent use;

[0016] b. Dissolve 1.0% sodium nitrophenolate with 50 kilograms of water, add 5.0% urea and 0.5% sodium dodecylsulfonate, stir to dissolve and mix well to obtain a solution;

[0017] c. After mixing the two parts of the solution in step a and step b, add ammonia water to adjust the pH to 6.5, replenish water, and obtain the product.

[0018] Dilute the obtained selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer with water to 100 times, spray on the foliage, 100ml per mu, mixed with 10kg of clean water, start spraying in mid-May, spray once every 20 days, and spray in total until mid-July 4 times.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Embodiment 2: produce 100 kilograms of selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer products:

[0020] a. Sodium selenate 2.5% and sodium selenite 2.0% were dissolved in 40 kilograms of distilled water respectively, and 5.0% fulvic acid was added slowly, and constantly stirred to obtain a solution for subsequent use;

[0021] b. Dissolve 1.0% sodium nitrophenolate with 50 kilograms of water, add 10% urea and 1.5% sodium dodecylsulfonate, stir to dissolve and mix well to obtain a solution;

[0022] c. After mixing the two parts of the solution in step a and step b, add ammonia water to adjust the pH to 6.8, replenish water, and obtain the product.

[0023] Dilute the obtained selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer with water to 200 times, spray on the foliage, 100ml per mu, mixed with 50kg of clean water, start spraying in mid-May, spray once every 20 days, and spray in total until mid-July 4 times.

Embodiment 3

[0024] Embodiment 3: produce 100 kilograms of selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer products:

[0025] a. Dissolve sodium selenate 1.0% and sodium selenite 1.0% in 20 kg of distilled water respectively, slowly add fulvic acid 3.0%, and keep stirring to obtain a solution for subsequent use;

[0026] b. Dissolve 0.1% sodium nitrophenolate with 50 kilograms of water, add 15% urea and 0.5% sodium dodecylsulfonate, stir to dissolve and mix well to obtain a solution;

[0027] c. After mixing the two parts of the solution in step a and step b, add ammonia water to adjust the pH to 6.5, replenish water, and obtain the product.

[0028] Dilute the obtained selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer with water to 500 times, spray on the foliage, 100ml per mu, mixed with 80kg of water, start spraying in mid-May, spray once every 20 days, and spray in total until mid-July 4 times.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and an application of a selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: the selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer is prepared by sodium selenate, sodium selenite, fulvic acid, urea, compound sodium nitrophenolate, SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and the balance water; and the sodium selenate and the sodium selenite are taken as donors of selenium, the fulvic acid is taken as a chelating agent, the compound sodium nitrophenolate is taken as a plant growth regulator, and the fertilizer is compounded by adding the plant growth regulator compound sodium nitrophenolate and the urea and the SDS. The selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer is mainly used for crops such as wheat, corn, tomatoes, muskmelons, sugar beet, red dates, walnuts, apples, bergamot pears and the like, and can provide the selenium element for the crops and improve the selenium contents in the crops. The selenium contents of the crops are improved by 128.6-275.0% while compared with those of crops without using the selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer. Background technique [0002] Selenium is one of the essential trace elements for humans and animals. In my country, low selenium in the environment is one of the factors that cause many epidemics such as Kaschin-Beck disease, Keshan disease, and animal white muscle disease. Practice has proved that proper selenium supplementation can achieve good medical effects for people in selenium-deficient areas. The intake of selenium in the human body mainly depends on the selenium contained in food. The level of selenium content in food is directly related to human health, the normal content should be between 0.1ppm-1.0ppm, less than 0.1ppm selenium deficiency, more than 3-5ppm is poisoning. In the past, sodium selenite was added to food for selenium supplementation, but its bioavailability was low, and the intake range (50-400ug / day) was narrow, and it wa...
