An air inlet, an inoculation and sampling port and a volatile vapor reflux inlet of the three-way culture bottle are respectively provided with a porous rubber plug I, a porous rubber plug II and a porous rubber plug III. After penetrating through the porous rubber plug I, one end of a glass tube I extends into the bottom of the three-way culture bottle; and the other end of the glass tube I is connected with a filter through a breather pipe III.
