Problems solved by technology

First of all, the traditional implant adopts bioglue technology to directly put the crown on the implant, but such implants and crowns are equivalent to one-off and cannot be repaired. If the crown is incomplete or damaged due to special circumstances, The necessary solution is to replace the entire crown and implant, which will result in a waste of materials on the one hand, and a waste of money on the other hand. Although some implant technologies today have solved the technology of bioglue sticking, none of them have achieved detachability. Moreover, in order to improve the stability of some implants, the structure of the implants is complicated, which adds difficulties to mass production

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0023] see figure 1 , with reference to figure 2 , image 3 , Figure 4 , the detachable dental crown implant of the present invention includes a helical implant 1 , a detachable barb assembly 2 and a tensioning mechanism 3 .

[0024] The helical implant 1 is a columnar structure with different diameters, including a lower helix 11 with a larger diameter and an upper helix 12 with a smaller diameter; For screwing into the threaded section of the crown.

[0025] Two groups of detachable barb assemblies 2 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the helical implant 1 . Two sets of detachable barb assemblies 2 each include a barb 21, a connecting body 22 and a hook 23, and two upwardly penetrating grooves 111 are arranged symmetrically on the upper part of the lower spiral body 11, and the two connecting bodies 22 are respectively clamp...

Abstract

The invention provides a detachable dental crown implant. The detachable dental crown implant comprises a spiral implant, detachable barb assemblies and tensioning mechanisms, wherein the spiral implant is in a different-diameter column-shaped body structure and comprises a lower part spiral body with a greater diameter and an upper part spiral body with a smaller diameter; the bottom of the lower part spiral body is provided with a thread section for planting a tooth root; the top of the upper part spiral body is provided with a thread section for screwing a dental crown. Two sets of the detachable barb assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the spiral implant. The two tensioning mechanisms correspond to the two sets of the detachable barb assemblies and are respectively mounted on the upper part spiral body to be respectively collided and connected with the two sets of the detachable barb assemblies. According to the detachable dental crown implant disclosed by the invention, in a planting process, only the dental crown is half screwed in to have the reinforcing and anti-falling effects. In a detaching process, only designed detaching pliers need to be used and a connection body of a detachable barb is forcedly and upwardly pulled so that a barb can be released from a clamping groove in the dental crown; therefore, the dental crown can be very easily released from the implant. The detachable dental crown implant is convenient to use and simple to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to medical supplies, in particular to a detachable dental crown implant. Background technique [0002] At present, the two-stage implant model characterized by incision and lifting of the periosteum is still the mainstream method of dental implant surgery at home and abroad. This kind of dental implant method needs alveolar mucoperiosteotomy. The intraoperative trauma is large, there is a lot of bleeding, and the vision is blurred. The operation time is long and the postoperative reaction is large. Minimally invasive dental implant technology allows doctors to perform precise surgery without having to cut the gums. Compared with the traditional flap implant surgery, the minimally invasive dental implant surgery combined with 3D computer scanning positioning technology or aimer positioning technology pays more attention to the protection of the lesion area and its surrounding tissues, minimizes trauma, avoids or minimizes Respons...
