A tree structure stored in the storage medium provides control over what an entity can do even after gaining access. Method for automatically correcting temperature drift of electrical vortex sensor

The invention provides a method for automatically correcting temperature drift of an electrical vortex sensor. According to the method, a certain impedance measuring circuit is utilized to obtain the equivalent inductance and the resistance of a detection coil, the relationship, changing along with temperature and measurement, of the inductance and the resistance of the detection coil is utilized to remove the influence of temperature changes and extract actual measured change information. According to the method, signals of the vortex sensor composed of an impedance measuring module (4) and a rectification calculating module (5) is used for conditioning the circuit, so that to-be-measured information is obtained, rectification is conducted automatically, and the influence of temperature changes is removed at the same time. According to the method, when temperature drift is rectified, no extra probes or coils or temperature sensors are further arranged, and temperature drift rectification effect is remarkable. Moreover, the method has the advantages of being wide in application range, simple in structure, easy to implement and the like. When the method is used for automatically rectifying the temperature drift of a probe of the electrical vortex sensor, temperature drift coefficients can generally be reduced to below 5nm/DEG C from 500nm/DEG C.

The master control management module is connected with the other modules and used for controlling and saving the testing data in real time. Compared with the prior art, the dynamic performance testing system is high in integrity and good in generality, can simulate the actual working conditions, and can comprehensively take the influence of the hot environment and the vibration noise environment on the fuel cell automobile power system into account.

The freeze prevention control method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) when the freeze prevention controller detects that the environment temperature is lower than 0 DEG C and the temperature inside a condenser is lower than 3 DEG C, starting a heat tape and a water pump, and when the freeze prevention controller detects that the temperature inside the condenser is higher than 10 DEG C, closing the heat tape and the water pump; and (2) when the freeze prevention controller detects that the water pump is in a closed state, the environment temperature is lower than 0 DEG C and the water inlet temperature is lower than 3 DEG C, starting the water pump, and when the freeze prevention controller detects that the water inlet temperature is higher than 15 DEG C, closing the water pump. According to the invention, when the heat pump water heater is in use in engineering, various information inside the heat pump water heater is identified and simultaneously, whether freeze prevention is carried out is accurately judged by the detected environment temperature, condenser temperature and water inlet temperature, so that freeze prevention and alarm work can be effectively done; and the freeze prevention control method can be matched with a random type of heat pump water heater to carry out freeze prevention and has good universality.

Single-component anaerobic adhesive with high filing gap and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a single-component anaerobic adhesive with high filing gap and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of anaerobic adhesives. Due to the great influence of gap on the curing of a present anaerobic adhesive, its curing effect is very poor when the gap exceeds 0.5mm and even the present anaerobic adhesive can not be cured. The above problem of the present anaerobic adhesive is solved in the invention. The anaerobic adhesive provided by the invention is mainly characterized by comprising: (A) 50-98 wt% of a terminated unsaturated monomer containing at least one vinyl with the molecular weight being less than 600; (B) 0-30 wt% of a plasticizer; (C) 0-20 wt% of a powder; (D) 0.02-1 wt% of a polymerization inhibitor; (E) 1-3 wt% of N-acetylphenylhydrazine; (F) 0.5-5 wt% of benzoyl sulfonic imide; (G) 0.01-0.1% of a metal ion chelating agent; (H) 0.1-5% of a peroxide initiator; and (I) 0-20% of fumed silica. The filling gap in the invention can reach more than 5mm. The anaerobic adhesive has excellent storage stability. Failure moment and average dismounting moment can be adjusted within 0.1-30N.m. sealing performance can reach 1MPa (air pressure) without leakage. Static shearing strength can reach more than 25 MPa. The invention mainly provides the single-component anaerobic adhesive with high filing gap and the preparation method thereof.
