The low-ice-adhesion anti-icing coating is a flexible substrate; and according to the JKR adhesion theory on the flexible substrate, the low elastic adhesion of the flexible substrate is implemented by reducing the elastomer modulus and increasing the thickness. Free chains are maintained in the polymer network, and the free chains transfer to the surface to implement boundary lubrication, so that the ice can easily depart from the substrate surface under the action of gravity or wind; and thus, the low-ice-adhesion anti-icing coating has great application value in the field of anti-icing.
