Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an oil removal agent for stainless steel, which comprises the following steps of: (1) fetching the following components in percentage by weight: 4-10% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3% of OP-10, 4-10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5-1-% of dispersing agent IW, 10-18% of sodium hydroxide, 1-4% of sodium carbonate, 2-5% of sodium carbonate, 4-8% of antifoaming agent and the balance of water; and adding a proper amount of water into a tank, then adding the sodium hydroxide, and stirring; (2) adding the nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether into the tank, and stirring for 20-40 minutes; (3) sequentially adding the OP-10, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the dispersing agent IW, and stirring for 50-80 minutes; (4) adding the sodium carbonate and the sodium phosphate, and stirring until no precipitate exists in the tank; and (5) adding the antifoaming agent, stirring and adding the remaining water. By adopting the production method disclosed by the invention, the produced oil removal agent for stainless steel realizes thorough oil removal and fast cleaning, saves energy and labor and brings great convenience to the production of a factory.
