Embodiment

[0034] In this example, the near-infrared spectrum of apples is used as the test object, and the spectral matching method based on the similarity of curve waveforms is described in detail.

[0035] 1) Collect the near-infrared spectrum of the sample. Specific process: Apple samples are subjected to sample screening, sample cleaning, sample labeling, spectral collection area selection, sample state adjustment and other steps; turn on the spectrometer, set various parameters to predetermined parameters, turn on the light source to preheat the spectrometer, after 100 minutes Start spectrum collection; align the apple sample with the light spot according to the No. 1 spectrum collection area, and place the connection line between the fruit stem and calyx in a horizontal shape on the pre-placed soft sample holder, check whether there is light leakage around the sample, and confirm that there is no light leakage. Start spectrum collection after light leakage; continue to collect spe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spectrum matching method based on spectrum curve waveform similarity. The method includes the following steps: 1) manufacturing samples to be measured; 2) collecting spectrums of all test samples; 3) calculating first derivatives of original spectrums; 4) eliminating a zero value in each first derivative and utilizing a non-zero first derivative of an adjacent zero-value first derivative to replace the zero-value first derivative value; 5) conducting calculation and statistics to obtain the average value of specific values of all first derivatives of the same band of two spectrums and utilizing the average value as the matching degree of the two spectrums. By means of the method, the curve waveform similarity is adopted as the spectrum matching index to judge the similarity between the spectrums, dependence of the spectrum matching method on absolute strength of the spectrums is reduced. By means of the method, higher classification recognition accuracy can be achieved, and the method has great significance on improvement of spectrum database searching speed and spectrum database searching accuracy and is favorable for spectrum data information sharing and research result popularization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a spectrum matching method, in particular to a spectrum matching method based on the waveform similarity of spectrum curves. Background technique [0002] The spectral analysis method has the advantages of rapidity, non-destructiveness, simple sample preparation, and simultaneous detection of multiple indicators. At present, spectroscopic technology has been applied in many fields, such as: using infrared analysis to analyze the content of moisture, protein, sugar and fat in agricultural and sideline products, identifying genetically modified substances, and determining the composition of petroleum, etc.; using mid-infrared and Raman spectroscopy to analyze Material composition identification, pesticide residues, genetically modified identification, etc. With the continuous expansion of the application range of spectral analysis technology, a large amount of spectral data needs to be managed and maintained, and the analysis re...
