Drought-resisting afforestation method

A technology of bamboo species and provenance is applied in the field of drought-resistant afforestation, and the use of osmanthus bamboo species in the field of drought-resistant afforestation can solve the problems of lack of water in dry soil, low survival rate and preservation rate, and death of bamboo plants due to water loss. The survival rate and preservation rate of afforestation, the difficulty of survival, and the effect of reducing watering

Problems solved by technology

However, in my country's irrigated bamboo forest areas where there is drought and little rain in winter, the annual rainfall is generally 700-900mm, and it is concentrated in April-November. Often due to difficulty in watering, encountering drought, water shortage and dry and cold wind in winter, it leads to dehydration and death, resulting in low survival rate and preservation rate.
[0003] In this field, there are 1. "Cultivation Method of Bamboo in Northern Region" (publication number CN101438672A), 2. "Cultivation Method of Cold-resistant Bamboo Domestication" (publication number CN1994043), 3. "Long-distance Introduction and Afforestation Method of Yellow Sweet Bamboo" ( Publication No. CN102499002A) three patents, but they did not solve the problem of dehydration and death of bamboo plants caused by drought soil water shortage and low air humidity

Embodiment Construction

[0034] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0035] 1. Bamboo species:

[0036] Osmanthus bamboo and its variants, mottled bamboo, Jinming bamboo, longevity bamboo, etc.

[0037] 2. Select provenance and mother bamboo:

[0038] The provenance should be close to the planting area, and avoid long-distance introduction from the humid areas in the south.

[0039] For mother bamboo, it is required to choose Hsinchu that matured in the previous year, and it is not suitable for being too old or too young. The diameter at breast height is about 1.5-2.5cm, the height under the branches is low, healthy and free from diseases and insect pests.

[0040] 3. Digging and transporting mother bamboo:

[0041] When digging the mother bamboo, choose to do it when it is sunny 3-5 days after the rain. Use a special shovel—a shovel to lift vertically 10-12cm along the outer periphery of the mother bamboo, then use a viol...

Abstract

The invention relates to a drought-resisting afforestation method by means of phyllostachys bambusoides bamboo species and belongs to the field of bamboo afforestation. The method comprises the steps of selecting bamboo species; selecting provenance and mother bamboo; selecting appropriate seasons which are March, April and early and middle June; digging and conveying the mother bamboo, wherein the mother bamboo needs to be dug on a sunny day 2-5 days after raining with a method that scourges and roots of the bamboo are cut from the periphery, the mother bamboo needs to be dug with a soil ball with 5-6 groups of branches and leaves reserved, and then the mother bamboo is conveyed; selecting planting land; planting; spreading 5-8g agricultural water-retaining agents in each pre-dug planting hole, placing a soil ball into each planting hole according to a standard that the upper surface of the soil ball is 3-5cm higher than the ground, backfilling surface soil to enable the soil balls to be flush, adding 2-3g water-retaining agents into the backfilled surface soil and pestling till the soil is compact; adding soil till the soil balls are flush and then treading till the soil is compact; preserving soil moisture; mix-planting arbor species, namely planting deep-rooted native arbor species evenly in each mu of the afforestation land. According to the drought-resisting afforestation method by means of the phyllostachys bambusoides bamboo species, the survival rate and preserving rate of bamboo are increased in afforestation of an approximate semi-arid area.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a drought-resistant afforestation method, in particular to a drought-resistant afforestation method using laurel bamboo species, which belongs to the field of bamboo afforestation. Background technique [0002] Bamboo has well-developed whip roots and is evergreen in all seasons, which has good landscape ecological and economic benefits. However, in my country's irrigated bamboo forest areas where there is drought and little rain in winter, the annual rainfall is generally 700-900mm, and it is concentrated in April-November. Often due to watering difficulties, encountering drought and water shortage and dry and cold wind in winter, they will die from dehydration, resulting in low survival rate and preservation rate. [0003] In this field, there are 1. "Cultivation Method of Bamboo in Northern Region" (publication number CN101438672A), 2. "Cultivation Method of Cold-resistant Bamboo Domestication" (publication number CN1994043)...
