The system comprises a measuring platform, a sensor assembly, a sensor position adjusting device and a micro-motion system, wherein the sensor assembly comprises at least one sensor, a sensor measuring arm and a sensor measuring head arranged on the sensor measuring arm; the sensor position adjusting device is used for adjusting the sensor measuring head or adjusting the position of a measuring head of an inner diameter measuring arm assembly so that the sensor measuring head is kept to make contact with the measuring head of the inner diameter measuring arm assembly till the output value of the sensor is zero, and then the sensor measuring head and the measuring head of the inner diameter measuring arm assembly are locked; the micro-motion system at least comprises a micro-motion system actuator.
