Embodiment 1

[0057] Embodiment 1: method: with cut flower cultivar 'Siberia' bud color development period (outer wheel petal 2 / 3 color development), initial opening stage (outer wheel petals unfold), full bloom stage (all petals unfold 1-2d) 3 stages 2g of fresh mixed petals of the inner and outer rings were used as the test material. On the basis of the single factor test (the effect of different extractants, extractant concentrations, solid-liquid ratios and extraction time on the content of flavonoids), the petal flavonoids were screened out through orthogonal experiments. Compound optimal extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids from the mixed petals of 'Siberia' lily were 70% ethanol extraction concentration, 1:10 solid-liquid ratio, and 1 hour of extraction time; The content is 7.91mg / 100g·FW. Conclusion: This process is simple and feasible, and has good reference value.

Embodiment 2

[0058] Embodiment 2: method: take cut flower lily cultivar 'Siberia' lily bud color development stage (outer ring petal 2 / 3 color development), initial opening stage (outer ring petals unfold), full bloom stage (all petals unfold 1-2d) 3 respectively Mix 1g of fresh inner and outer perianth upper part, middle part and basal part each, and use 15ml (solid-to-liquid ratio 1:15) 80% ethanol solution at constant temperature of 50°C and rotating speed of 100r·min -1 Extract in a shaker for 1h. After leaching, centrifuge at 4000r·min -1 Centrifuge for 15 minutes to obtain the supernatant. Using the aluminum nitrate-nitrous acid colorimetric method to determine flavonoids with rutin as the standard sample, the content of flavonoids in petals of lily 'Siberia' at the bud color development stage, initial opening stage and full bloom stage were 37.88mg / 100g·FW , 35.68mg / 100g·FW and 33.87mg / 100g·FW.

Embodiment 3

[0059] Embodiment 3: Take landscape lily cultivar 'White Angel' lily bud color development stage (outer ring petal 2 / 3 color development), early opening stage (outer ring petals unfold), full bloom stage (all petals unfold 1-2d), thank you 1g of mixed petals in the 4 stages of flowering stage (stigma discoloration 1-2d) were taken as samples, ground with 10mL (solid-liquid ratio 1:10) 70% ethanol, and put into a triangular flask after grinding in a constant temperature shaker (55 ℃,150r·min -1 ) leaching for 2 hours, after leaching, use a centrifuge at a speed of 10000r·min -1 Centrifuge for 10 min to obtain the supernatant. Using the aluminum nitrate-nitrous acid colorimetric method to determine the flavonoids with rutin as the standard sample, the content of flavonoids in the petals of the landscape lily 'White Angel' was determined to be 369.54 mg / 100g·FW, 326.85mg / 100g·FW, 383.77mg / 100g·FW, 409.32mg / 100g·FW.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting a lily flavonoid compound. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing inner and outer petals of lily, and grinding a mixture by liquid nitrogen flash freezing into lily petal powder; placing the lily petal powder added with an ethanol solution in a gas-bath constant-temperature oscillator to be extracted to obtain an extract; centrifuging the extract to remove a precipitate by using a high-speed centrifuge so as to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the supernatant on a rotary evaporator to remove a solvent, and placing in a vacuum freeze drier to freeze to dryness to give a lily flavonoid extract. The extraction process of the lily flavonoid compound is studied to provide a reference for further study on free radical scavenging ability of the lily flavonoid compound. The process is simple and feasible, and has a better reference value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant compound extraction, and relates to a method for extracting lily flavonoids. Background technique [0002] Flavonoids are a class of polyphenolic natural products widely distributed in plants, and flavonoids are usually extracted by solvents. Due to the different structures and sources of flavonoids, the solubility characteristics are also very different. For flavonoid glycosides and slightly more polar aglycones (such as hydroxyflavone, biflavone, chalcone, etc.), generally water, methanol, ethanol, acetone or a more polar mixed solvent such as methanol-water can be used for extraction [1] . Studies have reported that flavonoids can scavenge a variety of free radicals produced during the body's metabolism, such as O 2 ˉ , OH, etc., have biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, immune regulation, and anti-virus [2-4] Therefore, flavonoids have very important ...
