The invention provides a combustion organizing method and a combustion system. The combustion organizing method includes the steps that high-energy density fuel mixed gas is formed on the periphery of a spark plug of an engine in a gasoline direct injection mode, wherein the excess air coefficient of the high-energy density fuel mixed gas is smaller than 1, and the high-energy density fuel low calorific value is larger than or equal to 44,000 kilojoules per kilogram; high octane value fuel mixed gas is formed on the periphery of an air cylinder wall of the engine in a port fuel injection mode, wherein the excess air coefficient of the high octane value fuel mixed gas is larger than 1, the octane value is larger than or equal to 95, and the high-energy density fuel mixed gas and the high octane value fuel mixed gas form layered equivalent ratio mixed gas inside an air cylinder of the engine. According to the combustion organizing method and the combustion system, the knocking phenomenon of the high-compression-ratio engine can be effectively restrained, the important support is provided for energy saving and emission reduction of the engine, cost is low, the powerful support is provided for technology upgrading of existing engine products, and the industrialized prospect is good.
