The method comprises the following steps: by taking an ecological anaerobic regulation and storage pond (biological pond) as pretreatment, specially designing a biological regulation and storage pond to serve as a front-end treating main body, precipitating suspended matters in the wastewater, hydrolyzing and degrading part of organic pollutants under anoxic and anaerobic conditions, and then entering a middle BIOLAK biochemical treatment system; deeply treating at the tail end through an efficiency biological precipitation pond, taking a vertical flow precipitation pond free of energy consumption as a treatment structure and enabling water quality to reach relative water quality standards stably. The wastewater treatment method is few in process devices, simple and convenient to maintain, simple in wastewater treatment schemes, low in operation cost and low in requirement on technical skills of maintainers; the treated wastewater can reach recycling standards such as an agricultural irrigation standard and the like; the set of treatment process is relatively adaptive to wastewater treatment and management modes of villages and towns and capable of effectively improving the utilization rate of the water and reducing water supply pressure and drought resisting pressure.
